Efficient Cooling System

We provide two mature cooling solutions: air-cooled and water-cooled. Air-cooled System: Adopts negative pressure ventilation design with industrial axial fans creating forced air convection. Cold air enters from one end, hot air exhausts from the other, ensuring each miner has sufficient cooling airflow. Suitable for dry climate regions with low maintenance costs. Water-cooled System: Specially designed for water-cooled miners like S9 Hydro and M33S. Uses closed-loop water circuits with plate heat exchangers to extract miner heat. Cooling efficiency is 30% higher than air cooling, noise reduced by 60%, particularly suitable for high-temperature humid environments and scenarios requiring low noise.

The container body is formed by welding 2.0mm thick steel plates, with channel steel and square tubes reinforcing critical load-bearing sections. The roof features a five-corrugation design, enhancing compressive strength while facilitating drainage. The floor uses either 28mm thick shipping container plywood or 4.0mm checkered steel plate, capable of supporting heavy equipment and forklift operations. The external surface undergoes hot-dip galvanizing or anti-corrosive spray coating, with corrosion protection grades of C3-C5 configurable based on operating conditions, enabling rust-free operation for over 20 years in marine climates and industrial pollution environments.

Each mining container is equipped with a complete power distribution system, utilizing international brand switchgear from Eaton, Schneider, Noark, and others, including incoming switches, busbars, branch circuit breakers, etc. It supports three-phase 380V-480V power supply systems, with flexible configuration of circuit quantities based on mining machine power requirements. All electrical equipment is available with CE, CCC, UL, CSA, and other certifications, featuring multiple safety protections including overload protection, short-circuit protection, and leakage protection. Cables are made of flame-retardant materials, complying with fire safety standards.

Different specifications have varying power requirements: 20ft containers have a maximum design power of 800kW with a recommended incoming supply of 1000A at 460V three-phase working voltage; 40ft containers have a maximum design power of 2000kW with a recommended incoming supply of 2500A; 45ft containers have a maximum design power of 2150kW with a recommended incoming supply of 3000A; 53ft containers have a maximum design power of 2400kW with a recommended incoming supply of 3500A.
