Suited for centralized installation and integrated delivery of protection, control, communications, and station-control equipment at 110kV and similar-class substations, and for prefabricating the secondary systems of renewable grid-connection, energy-storage, and industrial distribution projects — wherever secondary equipment must be delivered as a prefabricated, interface-ready unit.

110kV Secondary Equipment E-House
OEM/ODM electrical E-House for 110kV substation owners, power-system integrators, and protection & control equipment makers — from enclosure supply to panel layout, interface pre-fabrication, and factory testing, delivered as a ready-to-connect secondary-equipment unit.
Key Metrics
Product Features
Pre-set layout
Panel layout developed in-factory from your list — operation and maintenance clearances set before manufacture, no on-site rework.
Plug-in interfaces
Power, earthing, trays and terminals pre-fabricated; connect by interface list on site — no drilling or re-wiring.
Stable operation
HVAC sized to heat load — temperature, humidity and condensation controlled to keep secondary equipment stable.

Product Details

The 110kV Secondary Equipment E-House is built on a transportable, liftable, maintainable steel structure providing centralized installation space for protection, control, communications, DC power, UPS, and station-control equipment. Enclosure design is adapted around zoning, door configuration, cable entries, maintenance access, and equipment interfaces — the layout confirmed from the customer's panel list and station-control diagram becomes the manufacturing basis, with front-access operation and rear-access maintenance coordinated before manufacture.

Lighting, service sockets, auxiliary power, earthing bars, lightning protection, terminal boxes, and inter-panel cable routes can be pre-fabricated to installation-ready condition, giving secondary panels clear power and wiring boundaries. Interface design is coordinated with site cable and fiber routing so site teams connect by interface list, reducing on-site opening and re-wiring.
Secondary equipment is sensitive to temperature, humidity, condensation, dust, and power continuity. HVAC configuration follows equipment heat load, site climate, altitude, anti-corrosion grade, and unattended-operation requirements. Air conditioning, ventilation, dehumidification, filtration, and monitoring interfaces are coordinated with the enclosure design and confirmed before manufacture.
Cable entries, trays, fiber routes, terminal boxes, earthing bars, equipotential bonding, and lightning protection can be pre-fabricated to installation-ready condition. Raised floor and trays organize power, control, and earthing cables in layers; earthing and cable interfaces are coordinated with site wiring and communications architecture, reducing field modification on arrival.
Cabinet positions, cable routes, and interface boundaries are reserved for SCADA, EMS, BMS, station-control communications, fiber, and data acquisition. Access control, video, smoke/temperature detection, fire interfaces, and emergency lighting are pre-fabricated with the enclosure, providing complete monitoring, communications, and safety access for unattended operation and remote management.

Product FAQs
Protection panels, control panels, communications cabinets, automation controllers, DC power panels, UPS, station-control systems, SCADA/EMS/BMS interfaces, fiber distribution, environmental monitoring, fire, and access control — configured to the customer's panel list and scope boundary. ETENZ houses and integrates customer- or third-party-supplied secondary equipment and does not manufacture the protection or control devices.
Yes. Manufactured to customer brand, panel list, interface standards, enclosure dimensions, and batch delivery schedule. Long-term programs can standardize enclosure types, interface libraries, process documents, and factory inspection procedures.
Application and site location, panel list and dimensions, station-control diagram, cable entry direction and quantity, communications and fiber interface requirements, HVAC requirements, protection and anti-corrosion grade, transport constraints, and estimated delivery quantity.
Yes. Enclosure Supply, Interface Pre-Fabrication, and Systems Integration options are available based on customer equipment scope and site integration capability.
Enclosure structure, protection rating, anti-corrosion, electrical interfaces, communications, HVAC, safety, and delivery documentation can be aligned to IEC, IEEE, and other project-specified standards. Certification and third-party inspection requirements are confirmed during technical review.
