Product Details

The entrance, WC and shower compartment define circulation inside the module. Partition positions, door swing and clearances around fixtures are coordinated before manufacture. Each project can adapt the layout to its available plot, occupancy and required facilities.

Separate compartments and access arranged around sanitary use.

The shower area can accommodate an overhead outlet, hand shower and mixer. Fixture positions are coordinated with the compartment dimensions. Supply pressure, hot and cold connections and the drainage destination inform fitting selection and pipe routing.

The wall-mounted water heater and valves are positioned for access, with water connections and the power route coordinated together. Selection follows the number of outlets, usage pattern and site supply. Valve operation, hose inspection and equipment replacement space remain part of the layout.

Extract equipment is positioned around the sanitary compartments, with make-up air openings coordinated with entrances. The design review establishes the exhaust route, airflow requirement and external conditions. Fan and guard access is retained for cleaning and routine service.

The auxiliary distribution board groups the incoming supply and outgoing circuits. Lighting, ventilation and water-heater loads determine circuit allocation. Supply characteristics, protective devices, earthing and bonding are defined through the project electrical design and documented for site connection.

Site preparation includes the module support arrangement, water supply, drainage destination, incoming power and earthing. ETENZ provides the agreed module-side interface information; the project team coordinates foundations and external networks.

Both are available. Supply can start with the shell and add plumbing, ventilation and sanitary fit-out. OEM/ODM scope can cover drawing development, finish, customer markings and handover documents.
