Terms of Use
Terms governing use of etenz.com: the nature of published specifications, intellectual property, acceptable use, disclaimers and governing law. These terms do not replace a sales contract.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to your access to and use of etenz.com. The site is operated by Shanghai Yitian Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd., trading under the brand ETENZ ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms.
Questions: info@etenz.com.
2. These are not terms of sale
These terms govern use of the website only. Supply, pricing, delivery, packing, acceptance, warranty and allocation of liability are governed by the quotation, contract or order confirmation signed by the parties. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer.
Where these terms conflict with a signed sales contract, the sales contract prevails.
3. The nature of the content
Product parameters, configurations, drawings and technical descriptions on this site are for general information and preliminary selection. The specification of any product actually supplied is the one set out in the order confirmation or technical agreement.
Prefabricated enclosures and electrical equipment are normally engineered per project, so the same model may be configured differently from one project to the next. Unless stated otherwise, published figures are typical values or available ranges and are not a commitment for any particular order.
We take care to keep the content accurate and current but do not warrant that all information is complete and error-free at all times.
4. Intellectual property
Copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property in the text, images, drawings, video, layout, marks and logos on this site belong to us or to the respective rights holders.
You may view, download and print content for internal use in evaluating a purchase. You may not republish, redistribute, modify and republish, or use the content to train third-party models, for commercial purposes without our written permission.
"ETENZ" and the associated marks are our trade marks. Third-party brand names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply any association or endorsement unless expressly stated.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: scrape the site at a volume that affects its operation; attempt unauthorised access to back-office systems, APIs or other users' data; submit false information or enquiries intended to harass or defraud; upload files containing malicious code; or use the site in breach of applicable law.
We may restrict or terminate access where we identify such conduct.
6. What you submit
When you upload drawings, specifications or other material with an enquiry, you confirm that you are entitled to submit that material and that doing so does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or confidentiality rights.
We use technical material you submit solely to evaluate the enquiry and prepare a proposal, and do not publish it. How the information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the site, or from decisions taken in reliance on general information published here.
This clause does not limit or affect the rights, obligations and liabilities agreed between the parties under a signed sales contract, and does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from them shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at our place of domicile.
This does not affect any governing law or dispute resolution mechanism separately agreed in a sales contract.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with its last-updated date and takes effect on publication. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
