Product Details

A dedicated plant room integrates the circulation pump set, stainless-steel supply/return piping, and filtration to form a closed coolant loop; flow and head are organized to the hashrate thermal load, carrying in-container heat out to the outdoor cooling unit.

Liquid-cooling circulation pump set and stainless-steel piping

Liquid-cooling circulation pump set and stainless-steel piping

A stainless-steel manifold distributes coolant to each mining position, with supply and return connected by quick-connect hoses and individual valve control, so flow can be tuned per position and a single miner can be serviced without stopping the whole loop.

Double-row tiered racks hold a large number of water-cooled miners within the limited enclosure, with cooling branch lines, power, and network cabling laid out in orderly layers and inspection and replacement aisles reserved.

Stainless-steel piping connects the enclosure to an outdoor dry cooler / heat-exchange unit that rejects circulated heat to the ambient air; the closed loop reduces water consumption and water-treatment burden, suiting water-scarce and high-temperature sites.

In-container power distribution is organized around busbar and per-circuit breakers, allocating branches by hashrate power; the distribution cabinet is designed and built by ETENZ, with metering and protection interfaces reserved.

A separate service compartment integrates auxiliary power, lighting, and maintenance interfaces, with environmental-monitoring and remote-monitoring interfaces reserved to support unattended operation and local control.

Product FAQs

Liquid cooling suits high-power-density miners (such as S19/S21 Hydro and M53/M63 Hydro), noise-sensitive locations (near residential areas), hot and humid climates, or cases where you want greater equipment stability and per-container power density. Air cooling suits dry climates, tighter budgets, or air-cooled miners. ETENZ can advise on selection based on your site climate, power, and miner model.

It depends on the container size and miner model. A 20ft container holds roughly 120–210 units and a 40ft container roughly 240–420 units (referenced to water-cooled miners such as S19/S21 Hydro). Higher-power miners reduce the per-container count accordingly; ETENZ provides the optimal layout and water-loop and power-distribution configuration for the selected model.

The system uses a closed loop with stainless-steel main piping and quick-connect hoses, and the distribution manifold has individual valve control, so a single mining position can be serviced without stopping the whole loop. Pressure and leak-tightness testing is completed before shipment. Routine maintenance mainly involves checking water temperature and flow, inspecting connections, and topping up coolant as needed.

The closed loop rejects heat to the ambient air through an outdoor dry cooler / heat-exchange unit, so it can be deployed even at water-scarce or high-temperature sites. The exact heat-rejection capacity and dry-cooler specification are determined by the hashrate power and local climate.

We offer tiered delivery from standard shell, to semi-integrated, to system integration and full customization. You can buy the shell only (including the container body, power distribution, and liquid-cooling main piping interfaces), with the miners supplied by you; ETENZ supplies the enclosure and supporting subsystems, and does not supply the miners themselves.

The Standard Enclosure Package is roughly 15–25 days, semi-integrated 25–35 days, system integration 35–50 days, and full customization 45–60 days (depending on configuration and liquid-cooling loop complexity). Common miner models usually have proven designs that can speed up delivery.

Yes. ETENZ supports OEM/ODM and consistent multi-site delivery through standardized enclosure types and an interface library, and can customize to your brand, color scheme, and interface standards, suiting volume rollout.

The product is designed for global markets and is CSC certified; voltage interfaces can be customized to the destination (such as 220V/380V/480V), with protection adapted to C3/C4/C5 environments and extreme climates.
