Product Details

A steel skid base gives the whole station its installation foundation and transport capability: the transformer mounts on the external skid platform, HV bushings connect to the indoor switchgear through insulated cables, and the local terminal box and cable fixing are pre-fabricated with the skid. Lifting and towing provisions are built into the base, so transformer and enclosure travel, lift, and set down as one unit. Transformer rating and brand are confirmed to the project scope.

Skid Platform & Transformer Integration

The cabin provides centralized installation space for MV switchgear: cabinet foundations, busbar and cable routes, the operating aisle, and maintenance clearances are developed in-factory from the equipment list. Protection and metering panels are integrated on the cabinet fronts, and incoming/outgoing cables enter through pre-fabricated, sealed openings. Switchgear can be customer-supplied or sourced and integrated to the project scope, with voltage class configured to the target market.

Live equipment zones are separated behind perforated-mesh guard doors with viewing windows and warning marking, so operators complete inspection and status checks from the aisle side. Ventilation grilles maintain cabinet cooling, and anti-slip steel flooring and cable trays organize the internal routes. Guard layout is set before manufacture around the equipment arrangement and maintenance access.

The DC power system is integrated with the cabin: battery banks install in tiers in a dedicated battery cabinet, and the DC feed cabinet carries charging, distribution, and monitoring panels — continuous control power for protection, metering, and emergency lighting. Battery capacity, DC voltage, and feed circuits are configured per project, with cabinet ventilation and inspection access arranged in the factory.

Wall-mounted industrial air conditioning is sized to the equipment heat load and combined with ventilation and dehumidification to control cabin temperature and humidity and prevent condensation. Environmental design targets are configurable to the deployment environment — operating temperature typically −40 to +55 °C, altitude up to 4,000 m (derated), corrosion C3-C5 — keeping primary and secondary equipment stable through field and harsh-climate service.

Lighting, service sockets, HVAC supply, and monitoring circuits feed from a centralized auxiliary distribution panel with clearly labeled miniature-breaker circuits and tidy routing. Emergency lighting, communications interfaces, and operator panels are pre-fabricated with the cabin, supporting O&M work at night and under emergency conditions. Auxiliary distribution assemblies are designed and manufactured by ETENZ, with circuit configuration confirmed to the equipment list.

Product FAQs

Power missions that need rapid deployment and whole-unit relocation: field exercises, remote outposts, emergency restoration and standby power, disaster response, and temporary construction supply. It also serves temporary substation needs on mining, oil & gas, and other remote industrial sites.

Defined by project scope: equipment can be customer-supplied, customer-specified, or sourced by ETENZ to the equipment list. ETENZ provides the installation foundations, cabin integration, inter-cabinet wiring, and interface pre-fabrication, with main-equipment ratings governed by the project technical agreement.

Yes. The finish is applied over the C3-C5 (ISO 12944) anti-corrosion coating system, with camouflage pattern and colors confirmed to the deployment environment and customer requirements. A standard industrial finish is also available.

Yes. Enclosure Supply, Interface Pre-Fabrication, and Systems Integration options are selected by equipment sourcing and site integration capability — Enclosure Supply already includes equipment foundations and lifting/transport provisions.

The station is a skid-mounted unit designed to road-transport constraints. On site it is crane-placed onto a hardstand or prepared foundation (foundation requirements confirmed per project), connected, checked, and put into service — and relocated whole when the mission ends.
