The product centres on the ultra-long enclosure, equipment-mounting interfaces and auxiliary-system integration. The VFD body, its control system and their commissioning and performance are confirmed against the customer's equipment list and project scope; ETENZ does not include the core drive equipment by default outside a confirmed scope.

Ultra-Long VFD E-House
Built for drive-equipment makers, system integrators and project owners — a 36 m single-body E-House that carries a continuous row of VFD cabinets, cooling and controls, fabricated in transportable segments and assembled on site. ETENZ supplies the enclosure and integrates subsystem interfaces, from bare-shell supply through to OEM/ODM whole-cabin builds.

Product Features
Ultra-long platform
The ultra-long body keeps a full row of VFD cabinets, control cabinets and auxiliaries in one continuous layout with through service aisles, cutting multi-cabin splice joints and suiting large drive systems for whole-line pre-fitting.

Segmented build
For the transport and lifting limits of an ultra-long body, the enclosure can be fabricated in segments and joined on site, with lift points, centre of gravity and foundation interfaces confirmed per project.
Site protection
Doors, seals, ventilation filtering and cable penetrations are specified together with a matched corrosion coating and ingress rating to handle dust, humidity and corrosive conditions on industrial sites.
VFD-row interfaces
Mounting bases, cable routes, earthing and service clearances are prefabricated to the cabinet layout, so the customer's core equipment is pre-fitted in the factory and lands quickly on site.
Auxiliary fit-out
Climate control, lighting, fire-linkage interfaces, security monitoring, exhaust filtering and pipework-valve sets are integrated or reserved per project, keeping the delivery scope flexible.
Product Details

A full row of VFD cabinets along the ultra-long body's through service aisle
The 36 m single-body steel enclosure takes an entire line of cabinets in one go. Layout space, a through service aisle and equipment foundations are planned around the cabinet row, so there are no multi-cabin splice joints to make on site.

A full row of VFD cabinets along the ultra-long body's through service aisle
Cabinet mounting bases, cable channels, earthing bars and service clearances are prefabricated in the factory, so equipment can be set and wired on arrival. Supply and commissioning of the VFD and control gear are split per the project boundary.
Pipe penetrations, valve mounts, equipment foundations and service space are reserved for the cooling-water system, with seal-throughs and routing set per project. Supply of the cold source and water system is agreed within the project scope.
In-cabin lighting, emergency lighting and escape signage are laid out to safety codes, with wiring run through metal conduit and cable tray in tidy, accessible layers for easy maintenance.
Mounting positions, foundation fixings and interfaces are reserved for the water tank, circulation pumps and make-up lines, with the in-cabin water route installed and interfaces left ready in the factory. The cold-source unit and water-treatment scope are confirmed per project.

Product FAQs
We assess whole-body or segmented delivery against road-transport limits, lifting conditions and the site plan. Segment positions, lift points, centre of gravity, foundation interfaces and packing are confirmed in the project drawings and transport plan.
The enclosure can carry an air-cooled cooling unit and a stainless-steel water-cooling loop (pipework, valve sets, tank and circulation pumps), specified to the VFD heat load and site conditions. The supply boundary for the cold source and water treatment is agreed within the project scope.
The product is recorded at IP54 ingress and C5 corrosion protection, and can be assessed against the environment via doors, ventilation filtering, seal-throughs and coating systems. Enclosure size, openings and interfaces are customized to the equipment list and transport limits, with the project technical file governing.
Yes. Delivery is tiered — bare shell, interface-prepared, equipment-installed, finished cabin and OEM/ODM — chosen by the scope of cooperation. Most projects start from enclosure supply and then extend the depth of integration as needed.
Yes. We work to your branding, drawings, equipment interfaces, document formats and delivery list for OEM/ODM or white-label projects, covering enclosure fabrication, auxiliary-system integration and project-specific customization.
The enclosure completes assembly, dimensional, electrical and functional checks in the factory. We can provide factory inspection records and arrange a witnessed factory acceptance test (FAT) on request, with the test items and acceptance criteria set by the project test plan.
Please share the single-line diagram, equipment and layout lists, cable schedule, transport and lifting limits, and the protection, corrosion and environmental requirements plus site interface conditions. The more complete the information, the more accurate the quote for enclosure size, interfaces and delivery scope.
