Foreign Trade Specialist (Arabic)

Communicate with Arabic-speaking customers, follow up overseas opportunities, prepare business materials, and coordinate internally for enclosure and electromechanical integration projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer communication and opportunity follow-up: Communicate with customers in the Middle East and related regions in Arabic, and organize customer needs and project background information.
  • Business material support: Prepare company profiles, product materials, quotation support, project trackers, and customer question lists.
  • Internal coordination: Work with engineering, manufacturing, and delivery teams to clarify customer concerns, technical questions, schedule feedback, and commercial responses.
  • Market information organization: Track opportunities in prefabricated enclosures, power, energy storage, data centers, and related industrial scenarios in target regions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's
  • Work Experience: 1-4 years
  • Strong Arabic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for business communication and document translation.
  • Experience in foreign trade processes, customer follow-up, or B2B industrial product sales support.
  • Willing to learn prefabricated enclosures, electromechanical integration, electrical cabinets, and industrial project delivery basics.
  • English communication capability is preferred.
