Detailed Solution

Enclosure and zoning: containerized or skid-mounted steel enclosures, zoned into battery area, distribution area and maintenance aisle; galvanized roof panels and corrugated wall panels with rock-wool insulation, C3–C5 corrosion protection, and IP54–55 ingress protection (up to IP65), built for long-term outdoor operation.

Power distribution and tie-in: low-voltage distribution and cable routing inside the enclosure, with interfaces provisioned for PCS, step-up and grid-connection equipment; the specific distribution capacity and electrical parameters are determined by the battery and PCS configuration (project-confirmed).

Thermal management: ventilation, HVAC or liquid-assist cooling is configured to the enclosure's heat load to hold the battery operating-temperature range; the cooling method and redundancy are confirmed to the project environment.

Fire and security: Pack-, cluster- and enclosure-level fire detection and release interfaces and pressure-relief design are provisioned, with access control and video security integrated; the suppression medium and interlock strategy are configured to the project's safety requirements and local codes.

Monitoring interfaces: monitoring and alarm interfaces for BMS battery management and EMS energy management are pre-provisioned for connection to the customer's master control and upper-level systems (interfaces are ready; operation and dispatch remain with the customer or system party).

Delivery and interface boundary: ETENZ delivers the prefabricated enclosure with the above subsystems integrated, and offers tiered delivery from bare enclosure to OEM/ODM white-label; the battery, PCS and EMS are supplied by the equipment party or integrated within the confirmed scope.
