Graduate Electromechanical Technician
A graduate role for electromechanical majors, supporting enclosure manufacturing, assembly, basic commissioning, and project documentation while building hands-on engineering capability.
Job Responsibilities
- Manufacturing-site learning: Participate in enclosure manufacturing, electromechanical installation, cable organization, and basic inspection under mentor guidance.
- Assembly and commissioning support: Assist with installation checks and commissioning preparation for cabinets, environmental control, monitoring, and fire protection subsystems.
- Records and issue tracking: Organize production records, inspection records, and issue lists, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Rotational development: Learn across structural, electrical, manufacturing, quality, or project delivery roles based on personal development direction.
Requirements
- Education: Associate
- Work Experience: Fresh Graduate
- Major in mechatronics, electrical, automation, mechanical manufacturing, or a related field, with basic drawing-reading ability.
- Willing to work close to the manufacturing site and value safety, quality, and process discipline.
- Course projects, internships, skills competitions, or basic electrical practice experience are preferred.
- Proactive learner who can accept mentor guidance and collaborate across roles.
