Project Overview
A 720 MW/1,440 MWh grid-forming LFP energy storage project is advancing in Shapotou District, Zhongwei, Ningxia. For the NR Electric equipment package, ETENZ is producing 143 twenty-foot-class 5 MWh BESS enclosures, providing a common platform for equipment installation, system commissioning and site deployment. To support series production at this scale, structural dimensions, internal supports, equipment mounting positions, interface openings and service clearances are controlled to one manufacturing baseline. Multidisciplinary interfaces are completed in the factory so each batch can move smoothly into downstream assembly.

Service Scope
BESS enclosure manufacturing and interface prefabrication
ETENZ manufactures the twenty-foot-class enclosure structures, arranges the internal battery-rack supports, and fits out the end fire-service and auxiliary distribution zones. Equipment mounting points, cable routes, earthing connections, service clearances and related openings are prefabricated to NR Electric interface requirements. All 143 units follow common drawings, processes and inspection criteria.

One manufacturing baseline for 143 units
Critical dimensions, support locations, doors, service openings, equipment mounting points and interface openings are standardized and checked by batch, giving downstream assembly a stable starting point.
Coordinated equipment layout and service access
Tiered supports run along both sides of the enclosure while a continuous central aisle preserves working space for equipment installation, cable organization and maintenance.
Consolidated fire and auxiliary service zone
Fire controls, suppression equipment and auxiliary electrical components are grouped at the enclosure end with dedicated external access for factory assembly and routine service.
Interfaces completed in the factory
Openings, earthing points, terminal locations and cable routes are prepared alongside enclosure fabrication, reducing site modifications and improving coordination between production batches.

The 143-unit batch follows one structural platform, internal layout and interface baseline, providing a stable and repeatable prefabricated foundation for staged installation of NR Electric energy storage equipment and site deployment.
