Delivery spans empty enclosure, rack-ready cabin, finished-cabin integration and OEM/ODM. You can buy the enclosure only (structure, power distribution and HVAC / fire / monitoring subsystem interfaces reserved); battery modules and the PCS are customer-furnished or supplied per project scope. ETENZ manufactures the enclosure and handles subsystem integration and does not warrant battery/PCS performance.

Multiple battery-rack rows inside the cabin
Multiple battery-rack rows reserve footprint, service clearance and replacement aisles per module type, with cable routing and interfaces organized. Battery modules are supplied per project scope or customer-furnished; the nominal 5 MWh is configurable to the battery selection, and cell-level performance is defined by the equipment supplier.

Multiple battery-rack rows inside the cabin
Smoke and heat detection tie into the fire alarm control panel; suppression piping and release/interface points are laid out inside the cabin. The suppression system is configured per project and by the equipment party, while thermal-runaway protection and AHJ / fire-marshal review are led by the project owner.
The fire alarm control panel centralizes smoke, heat and gas detection plus audible-visual alarms, interlocking suppression release and emergency devices. Communication interfaces to upstream monitoring / fire host are reserved, with interlock logic confirmed per project.
Combustible-gas detectors monitor battery off-gassing risk inside the cabin, interlocking audible-visual alarms and gas warning signage. Ventilation and gas handling are configured to the battery supplier's and code requirements, with hazard assessment owned by the system party.
HVAC and forced ventilation organize airflow and heat exchange inside the cabin, holding the working-temperature envelope for the batteries against the heat load. Intake/exhaust, louvers and fans are sized to the heat load and system design, suited to outdoor and high-temperature sites.
Environmental monitoring for temperature/humidity and water ingress plus a control cabinet are integrated inside the cabin, with BMS alarm, EMS/SCADA and remote-monitoring communication interfaces reserved. Data and operation responsibility is defined by the system party; ETENZ supports the interfaces and documentation delivery.
Delivery Scope Options
Empty enclosure (battery-ready cabin)
Scope 1Empty enclosure (battery-ready cabin)
Supplies the 20 ft containerized BESS enclosure with power-distribution and subsystem interfaces reserved; battery racks can be optionally pre-installed, while battery modules and the PCS are customer-furnished or sourced separately. Suited to projects that already have batteries/PCS or prefer to procure them independently.

Product FAQs
5 MWh is a nominal capacity, configurable to the battery module type and layout. By default battery modules and the PCS are customer or integrated equipment, and ETENZ reserves the battery racks, cable routing and connection interfaces; they can be supplied and installed per scope if the project requires, but round-trip efficiency, cycle life and equipment certification are defined by the battery/PCS supplier.
The cabin integrates smoke, heat and combustible-gas detection tied into the fire alarm control panel for audible-visual alarms, with suppression piping and release/interface points laid out. The specific suppression medium and system configuration, thermal-runaway protection and local fire (AHJ) review are determined per project and by the equipment party; no UL 9540 / NFPA "pass" claim is made at the cabin level.
A combination of HVAC and forced ventilation is used, sized to the heat load to organize airflow and heat exchange inside the cabin. The actual cooling capacity is set by the system heat load, and the battery working-temperature range follows the battery supplier's limits; the design suits outdoor and high-temperature sites.
Yes. With standard cabin types and an interface library, ETENZ supports OEM/ODM and consistent multi-site delivery, customizable to the customer's brand, color, interface standards and non-standard sizes — well suited to volume, repeatable storage-station deployment.
The 20 ft ISO container is the baseline cabin type, customizable to equipment layout and shipping conditions; AC interfaces, voltage and the transformer/switchgear boundary are set per project; ingress rating IP54/55 (up to IP65) and anti-corrosion C3-C5 are configured to indoor/outdoor use and environmental grade.
The enclosure is manufactured under the ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems; UL/IEC and UN 38.3 transport certificates for batteries and the PCS are provided by the equipment supplier and bound to the specific model, while declaration and carrier acceptance for battery transport rest with the shipping party.
We recommend providing: application scenario (storage station / C&I storage / renewable aggregation, etc.), battery module and PCS model, capacity and interfaces, system heat load, site climate and voltage level, transport and foundation conditions, and brand and delivery-documentation requirements. The more complete the information, the more precise the cabin and interface configuration.
