Solution Features

Feature icon

Switchgear Fit-Out

Layouts, bases, clearances and cable routes are coordinated around MV/LV switchgear, metering, compensation and auxiliary panels.

Feature icon

Factory Interfaces

Cable entries, busbar routes, earthing, fiber paths, terminal boxes and service openings are prepared before shipment.

Feature icon

Auxiliary Systems

HVAC, dehumidification, lighting, auxiliary power, monitoring, fire-safety and security interfaces can be integrated to the agreed scope.

Feature icon

Project Interface

Transport, lifting, foundations, feeder direction, communications and documentation requirements are converted into clear manufacturing inputs.

Feature icon

OEM/ODM Delivery

Customer branding, nameplates, packaging, inspection records and document templates can be aligned for OEM, ODM or private-label programs.

Feature icon

Repeatable Rollouts

For multi-site programs, approved layouts, interfaces, inspections and packaging rules can become a reusable delivery baseline.

Application Scenarios

Colocation and AI Compute Power Rooms

For compute campuses that need factory-built electrical rooms close to IT load blocks. The E-House organizes MV/LV distribution, auxiliaries and site interfaces before installation.

Benefits

Moves power-room interface work into the factory phase
Supports repeatable layouts for multi-building compute campuses
Clarifies cable, earthing, HVAC and monitoring handoff points
Factory-built Power E-House for data center electrical rooms
A factory-built Power E-House can support repeatable data center electrical-room deployment.

System Integrator Programs

For integrators packaging switchgear, controls, monitoring and auxiliary systems into a delivered power module under their own program or customer brand.

Benefits

Turns customer drawings and preferred components into a manufacturable E-House
Supports inspection records, nameplates and delivery documentation
Reduces repeated coordination across structure, electrical and auxiliary interfaces
System integrator Power E-House delivery program
Integrator programs can align equipment, interfaces and documentation before site delivery.

Export and Multi-Site Projects

For projects where shipping envelope, lifting points, labeling, documentation language and batch consistency matter as much as electrical fit-out.

Benefits

Accounts for transport, lifting and packing requirements early
Supports consistent markings and document packages across batches
Reduces late changes caused by local installation interfaces
Export-ready Power E-House packaging and project delivery
Export projects benefit from early alignment on packing, labeling and interface documentation.

Renewable or Storage-Coupled Compute Sites

For compute facilities connected to storage, renewable interconnection or campus microgrid systems where power distribution, monitoring and environmental interfaces must be coordinated.

Benefits

Coordinates compute load with upstream distribution interfaces
Supports monitoring and auxiliary-system handoff to site controls
Creates a repeatable power module for energy-compute projects
Power E-House for energy-coupled compute facilities
Energy-compute projects can use Power E-Houses to organize distribution and monitoring interfaces.

Detailed Solution

Delivery Architecture

The solution starts from the customer single-line diagram, equipment list, site interface requirements and target-market standards. ETENZ turns those inputs into an E-House enclosure platform with defined equipment foundations, cable or busway routes, earthing, HVAC, fire-safety, security and monitoring interfaces.

The delivery boundary can remain enclosure-only, expand to switchgear installation and auxiliary integration, or become a finished E-House product. For recurring programs, the approved layout, interface details, inspection items and documentation set can be reused across sites.

Data center Power E-House solution with factory-built electrical enclosure and power distribution interfaces

Typical architecture: MV/LV switchgear, auxiliary systems, monitoring interfaces and site handover points are coordinated inside a factory-built E-House platform.

Typical Scope

Typical scope includes the enclosure, equipment foundations, MV/LV switchgear space, cable or busway interfaces, fiber and low-voltage routes, HVAC and dehumidification, lighting and auxiliary power, fire-safety and security provisions, monitoring interfaces, earthing, lifting, transport and delivery documentation.
