Integrated E-House — primary switchgear and secondary control systems in a single prefabricated enclosure

Integrated E-House

#ETENZ-EH-PSI

Product Overview

When a project requires primary switchgear and secondary protection and control systems in a single enclosure, coordinating layout, cable routing, and interface confirmation is often the longest part of delivery. ETENZ's Integrated E-House starts from the customer's equipment list and drawings — manufacturing, zone planning, auxiliary system integration, and factory inspection complete before shipment, delivered as an OEM/ODM-ready unit with interfaces prepared for direct on-site connection.

Product Features

Feature icon

Primary-Secondary Zone Planning

Factory-stage zone planning for primary switchgear, secondary protection panels, and auxiliary distribution confirms cable routing and grounding paths before manufacture — eliminating field coordination between electrical disciplines.

Feature icon

Factory-Ready Interfaces

Cable entries, trays, HVAC, fire suppression, and communications interfaces pre-fabricated and labeled at factory exit. Site teams connect customer equipment by interface list — no additional drilling or rerouting required.

Feature icon

OEM/ODM Batch Delivery

Manufactured to customer brand, drawings, and batch standards. Supports custom nameplates, packaging, and documentation — suited for equipment OEMs and EPC teams with multi-site programs.

Product Details

When primary and secondary equipment share an enclosure, installation sequences and cable routing must be coordinated before manufacture — otherwise field rework is costly. ETENZ completes zone planning before manufacture, confirming equipment orientation, earthing busbars, and cable paths so installation interfaces are ready at factory exit.

Primary-Secondary Integration

Internal layout is developed from the customer's equipment list, cabinet dimensions, and wiring requirements. ETENZ confirms maintenance aisle widths, door swing direction, cable entry locations, and tray sizing — the confirmed layout drawing becomes the manufacturing basis.

At factory exit, cable knockouts, trays, earthing bars, lighting, HVAC, fire suppression, and communications interfaces are pre-fabricated to installation-ready condition. Site teams connect customer equipment by interface list — no additional drilling or modification required.

Primary and secondary zones can have separate temperature and humidity control units, preventing heat from primary equipment from affecting secondary instrumentation. HVAC sizing follows equipment heat load and site climate data, with environmental monitoring interfaces reserved in the enclosure.

Manufactured to customer drawings and BOM, with process records at key milestones. Pre-shipment inspection covers dimensions, interface positions, labeling, earthing continuity, and appearance — with inspection record issued. Customer FAT is supported.

Delivery Scope Options

Scope 1

Enclosure Supply

For customers with their own primary switchgear, secondary panels, and field integration capability. ETENZ supplies an installation-ready enclosure platform.

Scope Includes:
Enclosure frame, panels, doors, partitions, insulation, and weatherproofing
Cabinet installation bases, maintenance access, cable entries, and lifting provisions
Earthing, lightning protection, and site fixing interfaces
Dimensional, structural, and packaging inspection
Scope 2

Auxiliary Systems Pre-Fabrication

Builds on enclosure supply with cable trays, earthing, lighting, HVAC, fire suppression, and communications routing pre-fabricated to customer drawings — reducing site auxiliary installation.

Scope Includes:
Cable trays, conduits, lighting, service sockets, and earthing bars pre-fabricated
HVAC, ventilation, dehumidification, and environmental monitoring interfaces
Fire, access control, video, alarm, and communications conduit space reserved
Auxiliary system assembly inspection and interface labeling
Scope 3

OEM/ODM Finished Unit

For equipment OEMs or EPC teams requiring a complete prefabricated power room under their own brand and project standards. ETENZ manufactures, assembles, integrates, and inspects to customer equipment list and delivery documentation.

Scope Includes:
Manufactured to customer drawings and BOM with primary-secondary zone integration
Primary distribution, secondary panels, auxiliary power, HVAC, and communications interface assembly
Brand appearance, nameplates, packaging, manuals, and batch delivery consistency
Pre-shipment assembly, earthing, interface, identification, and document inspection
