A water-treatment enclosure inquiry may begin with “build the container” and quickly expand into equipment bases, piping, power and controls, ventilation, drainage, monitoring and factory tests. Without a defined delivery layer, the same equipment list can produce very different engineering depth, pricing and schedules.
ETENZ groups the most common cooperation models into four levels. Buyers can match the scope to their process-engineering resources, equipment supply chain and site capability, creating a clearer responsibility matrix and a faster route to quotation, manufacturing and inspection.
Level 1: custom water-treatment enclosure
This level suits customers or process-package suppliers that will install equipment and complete system connections themselves. Based on the layout, transport envelope and site conditions, ETENZ manufactures the structure, doors, base frame, lifting provisions, insulation, corrosion-protection system and agreed openings as a stable platform for later fit-out.
Level 2: equipment- and interface-ready module
The enclosure is prepared with equipment zones, bases, pipe and cable penetrations, drainage, lighting, ventilation or environmental control, auxiliary power and monitoring interfaces. Nominated equipment can then be installed to confirmed coordinates, reducing site cutting, support rework and cross-discipline coordination.
Once the customer or process supplier has selected pumps, tanks, membrane assemblies, filters, dosing equipment and control panels, ETENZ can install and secure them within the agreed scope. Piping coordination, electrical and control interfaces, lighting, ventilation, leak detection and security monitoring can also be integrated, raising factory completion before shipment.
Once customer-nominated equipment is confirmed, skid placement, supports, piping coordination and control interfaces can be completed in the factory.
Level 4: factory-integrated module for a confirmed process package
Where the process package, equipment schedule, interfaces and acceptance basis are confirmed, enclosure manufacturing, equipment installation, auxiliary distribution, controls and monitoring, ventilation, drainage, labels and handover documents can be organized as one module. Agreed factory work may include dimensional and assembly checks, leak or pressure checks, dry functional checks, applicable integration checks and FAT items.
Once equipment and interfaces are confirmed, more installation and auxiliary-system integration can move into the factory.

First, provide equipment and process inputs: process owner, equipment list, dimensions and mass, layout, feed, product and drain routes, connection and pressure conditions, power, controls and communications.
