The converter assembly stands in one row along a single side of the cabin, its feet bearing on embedded steel section bases, with operating faces and rear termination space set out from the cabinet depth. The opposite side keeps a service aisle running the full length, and the end bay reserves a route for moving equipment in and lifting it out. Interconnecting busbar and control cable routes are set alongside the cabinet positions during manufacture. The converter assembly is customer-supplied or integrated within the agreed scope, its voltage, current and rating fixed by the equipment supplier's technical agreement; ETENZ is responsible for the mounting bases, in-cabin interfaces and inter-panel connections.

The excitation dry-type transformer sits on its own steel base at the end of the line-up, laid out for the unit's weight and center of gravity, with rails underneath for positioning and withdrawal. Space is kept above the HV and LV terminals for busbar and cable entry, wall penetrations are sleeved, sealed and fire-stopped, and earthing and bonding points are prepared with the base. Rating, impedance and temperature-rise class belong to the equipment supplier's technical agreement; what is built here is the base, the interfaces and the cooling conditions around it.
Intake louvers are grouped on the supply side of the line-up, with blades formed to a weather angle, a continuous rain hood outside and insect mesh behind. Each opening is clamped to the corrugated wall through a folded frame and sealed around its perimeter. The number and position of openings follow the equipment's intake side and airflow, and are settled together with the ingress protection configuration. The bottom rail runs continuously beneath the openings rather than being interrupted by them, so the envelope openings take nothing away from how the base frame carries load.
Exhaust fans mount inside steel spigots framed into the wall panel with a guard mesh behind. Their supply leads are crimped, ferruled and left long enough to adjust at the works, so site work is the connection only. Lighting, socket outlets, fans and detectors are all pre-wired to the auxiliary board and terminal rails against the wiring schedule; external cables land on the terminal rail and no further, and an interface list and terminal schedule ship with the unit so nobody is tracing circuits on site.
The industrial air conditioner is wall-mounted on a reinforced frame, with the opening sealed and weather-trimmed around its perimeter and condensate piped outside against backflow. Ventilation and cooling are configured together against the converter's heat duty: ventilation carries most of the load in normal conditions and the air conditioner covers hot-weather peaks. Cooling capacity is calculated from the project heat load, with the equipment's heat dissipation supplied by the equipment vendor as the sizing input.
The auxiliary distribution board is designed and manufactured by ETENZ, with AC and DC circuits arranged on separate tiers inside one enclosure: the upper tier carries the AC ways for lighting, socket outlets, climate control and maintenance power, the lower tier the control supply and the 24 V DC power module. Breakers are rated to their circuit and labeled position by position, every conductor is ferruled and color-coded, and incoming and outgoing runs are dressed through spiral wrap to the terminal rail, with spare ways left for circuits added later.

They are customer-supplied, or integrated within the agreed scope under the Subsystem Integration and Finished Cabin Delivery tiers. What ETENZ builds is the enclosure, the mounting bases, the in-cabin interfaces and the climate, fire and security subsystems. Voltage, current and rating for that main equipment are fixed by the equipment supplier's technical agreement.
Size is worked back from the equipment layout and the transport conditions: the plan is set out first from the line-up length, cabinet depth and service aisle width, then checked against the limits at the destination. The unit shown here measures 11000 × 3300 × 3500 mm, wider than a standard shipping container, and moves as an out-of-gauge load. Confirming the transport method against destination limits sits with the project side; ETENZ provides the dimensions, weight and center-of-gravity data during design to support that check.
That is settled by the project heat-load calculation.
