Start from the heat to be rejected at one point and the length of site the machine can occupy. At the same configuration a 40HQ carries roughly twice the coil area of a 20HQ, but needs a longer straight run of site and a larger lifting area. Projects with scattered points, awkward site shapes or phased expansion are more flexible with several 20HQ units; concentrated heat rejection on an open site gets better unit cost and footprint efficiency from a 40HQ.

Pre-assembled in the works
Coil, fans, pipework and controls are assembled in the works, pipework is pressure tested and the fan and control circuits are run up, with inspection completed and recorded before dispatch.
Lifted and relocated whole
The frame is designed to be lifted as one unit from the corner castings, so a relocation moves the machine intact rather than dismantling and rebuilding it on the new site.
Array expansion
Units line up on a module, with intake clearance and access routes set once for the whole array. Capacity scales by unit count, which suits phased construction.
Adiabatic pre-cooling option
Pad or spray per project, with tank and pump integrated into the frame. With a pad the width grows to 2758 mm, so the shipping method is confirmed before booking.
Same batch as the enclosure
Shipped together with prefabricated enclosures, compute containers or BESS enclosures, both sides of the interface are aligned on one drawing set and deviations are resolved in the works.
Product Details

The frame is built to a standard box envelope: 6058 mm long for 20HQ or 12192 mm for 40HQ, 2438 mm wide, 2896 mm high, growing to 2758 mm wide when adiabatic pre-cooling is fitted. The direct benefit of these dimensions is transport — sea booking, road trailers and port lifting all follow standard box handling, no oversize permits are needed, and the machine does not have to be dismantled to move it. Corner castings are fitted at all four corners, with lifting and securing designed around the standard box load points. Coil and fans sit on the upper part of the frame while pipework and controls are integrated inside it, so the whole assembly moves as one unit.

Coil, fans, pipework fittings, valve sets and the control panel are installed and wired in the works, pipework is pressure tested, and fans and control circuits are run up on power, with inspection completed and recorded before dispatch. For shipment, pipe openings are capped and electrical items protected against moisture, with loose items and documentation crated. What remains on site is placement and fixing, connecting the inlet and outlet pipes, connecting power and signal cables, and commissioning. This division of work leaves most of what commissioning would expose inside the factory rather than on the project site.
With units in a row, intake clearance decides whether hot-air recirculation appears — packed too closely, downstream units draw the air the upstream units have just discharged and real capacity falls below the selection. Support height has to leave enough free area for intake while still allowing pipework beneath to be routed and serviced. Access routes, handrails and ladders across the array follow how the operating team actually works. Structural load, deflection and holding-down are checked against unit weight and site wind load, and the fixing method between unit and structure is confirmed on the interface drawing. All of this is settled once at layout stage; changing it after the units arrive is expensive.
With a liquid-cooled compute container, the dry cooler rejects heat on the primary side while the CDU inside handles the secondary and device side; what has to align is supply and return temperature, flow and pressure drop. With a BESS enclosure, what has to align is the battery thermal management system's inlet and outlet conditions and the enclosure penetration positions. Where ETENZ takes both the enclosure and the associated equipment, both sides are aligned on the same drawing set, and the piping and electrical connection between the unit and the interface point are in the supply scope; process-side piping, circulation pumps and water treatment beyond that point sit with the project or are agreed separately. Interface position, elevation and pipe size are fixed once at drawing approval.
The transport advantage of the standard box holds at the lifting stage as well: lifting points follow the corner castings, sling angles and lifting gear are given on the general arrangement drawing, and lifting the unit whole needs no additional bracing. Road movement uses a standard trailer and sea freight books as an ordinary box. On arrival, foundation inserts and leg positions are checked against the drawing, and level is controlled during placement — vent and drain points work by elevation, and a tilted unit will not vent cleanly. A later relocation follows exactly the same sequence.

Product FAQs
Length and height are unchanged; width grows from 2438 mm to 2758 mm, which is outside standard box width. For sea freight it is either handled as an out-of-gauge item or the pad is removed, shipped loose and fitted on arrival — the method is confirmed before booking. Road movement is judged against the oversize limits of the destination country.
Four items: placement and fixing, connecting the inlet and outlet pipes, connecting power and signal cables, and commissioning. Elevation and level are verified before pipework is connected, and wiring follows the terminal schedule in the shipped drawings. Pressure testing and power run-up are already done in the works, so the whole-unit tests are not repeated on site — only the interface side is verified.
Avoiding hot-air recirculation is the core of it. Leave adequate intake clearance between units and between units and walls or screens, keep the discharge side clear above, and set support height so intake underneath is not starved. Access routes, handrails and ladders follow how the operating team works. Actual spacing follows the airflow and discharge velocity of the selected model and is set once at layout stage.
Yes. The frame is designed to be lifted whole and lifting points are marked on the general arrangement drawing. Before relocation the pipework is drained, openings capped, electrical connections disconnected and protected against moisture; on the new site the same placement sequence applies. This is one of the main advantages of the containerized form over site-assembled equipment.
Medium and concentration, inlet and outlet temperatures, flow rate or heat load, site ambient design temperature, site altitude, plus available site length and lifting conditions. For a contract-grade quotation add noise limits, corrosion class, supply voltage and frequency, control and communication requirements, and the standards and document list for the target market.
